How B2Brain Enriches Contact Data

Once a lead is captured, B2Brain runs it through an automatic enrichment process so you're not left with a bare name and company.

Data waterfall enrichment

B2Brain's enrichment engine, powered by Bitscale, queries more than 15 data providers in sequence to resolve missing fields — email address, LinkedIn profile, phone number, firmographic details — aiming for as complete a contact record as possible.

Corporate email resolution

Many event badges are registered with a personal email address rather than a work address. B2Brain's enrichment step resolves the verified business email instead, which matters for both CRM data quality and outbound deliverability.

Automatic deduplication

If the same prospect is captured more than once — by different reps, at different events, or months apart — B2Brain recognizes the match and merges the records into a single contact profile instead of creating duplicates in your CRM.

Company signals, right on the account page

Company signals now load by default on the account page — you don't need to tap into a separate tab to see them. As soon as you open an account, B2Brain verifies it and fetches the latest signals automatically, showing a dated list like a new project win, an industry award, or an expansion into a new market. If you're offline or a fetch fails, the panel shows a clear retry option instead of a silent blank state, and the list can be collapsed or expanded to stay out of the way when you don't need it.

The point of putting signals front and center is that they double as a ready-made conversation starter — something specific and current to open with, instead of small talk. And because which signals matter varies by team, the signals shown can be customized to match your own sales qualification criteria, so reps see the intelligence that's actually relevant to how your team qualifies a prospect.
